Oliver arrived on Henry’s doorstep full of optimism. The London air seemed stale in his Dublin lungs but he knew he’d adjust. He barely got in the door before Henry insisted they head out again. “No time to rest when there’s curry to be had!” he declared. As Oliver was the visitor in Henry’s home patch, it seemed wrong to argue.
They met up with Duncan on the corner.
“Curry can wait!”, he insisted, “It’s time for a Pint!”
Oliver and Henry had always found his Scottish accent very persuasive, and the Local was right there, so it was a logical plan.
So the three of them walked into a pub.
No doubt something funny happened…
